Background

The CALLERLAB Foundation Board recognized the importance of supporting Youth and Newer (less than four years experience) Callers as a way to lend support to the square dance activity. The Board also recognizes that some Youth and Newer Callers may need assistance obtaining calling equipment, Therefore, The Board has established this grant application as a way to provide assistance to these Youth and Newer Callers.

Criteria

1. Applicant must be a Youth Caller less than 21 years old or a Newer Caller with less than four years experience at the time of application.
2. The Youth/Newer Caller will pay shipping costs for the equipment.
3. The Youth/Newer Caller will be responsible for minor repairs (up to $50.00).
4. The equipment will be transferred to the Youth/Newer Caller on a permanent basis. If the Youth/Newer Caller wishes to, he/she may return the equipment to the Foundation office.
