Applications – CALLERLAB Foundation

Applications by a caller or “team” who has received another scholarship through CALLERLAB or the CALLERLAB Foundation will not be considered nor approved within a 24 month period of the approved grant/scholarship. Each caller has a lifetime limit of three scholarships.

Requests for grants and loans will be submitted to the Foundation Executive Secretary as early as possible. A minimum of four to six weeks will be required to process the request . Grants and loans will be submitted by the Executive Secretary to the Foundation Executive Directors for approval. Complete and detailed information is requested to provide the Executive Directors adequate information to make a fair and equitable decision.

Applications must be submitted before the school begins. If attendance is contingent on receiving a scholarship, the application should be submitted at least 30 days before the school start date to allow the foundation executive directors time to consider. Applications received after the school is over will not be considered.

if this is your SECOND award, please have a caller coach provide a written statement that you are continuing to actively pursue square dance calling. Upoad the file as PDF file.

if this is your THIRD award, obtain a statement from an accredited caller coach further outlining your calling status and outlining the steps you are taking to congtribute to the actdivity and further your knowledge of the craft. Plus provide two references from two different callers familiar with your calling career. References can be on a single page. Submit as PDF only.
